In this thread, poll voters pointed out they want Reign of Olympia to be like a typical fantasy RPG more than a perfect historical representation of the events of the era, but they still wanted definitive historical accuracy. So I have decided to play a little with the way the game will be played, in the sense that I want it to cater to those who want to go out and fight mythical beasts as role-play, and those who want to role-play non-heroic characters. In this sense, I will revise character classes to have two basic types: Hero and Citizen. Basically, Heroes are aimed at role-players who enjoy levelling, dungeon raiding, and PvP, whilst Citizen characters are aimed at those who don't enjoy regular combat and training as part of their game time. I'll be looking into how well the engine can give different bonuses to the system, considering right now it barely even touches on classes, from what I know. Anyway, as part of this change, there'll be a need for several NPC factions to be written, concepted, modelled, and animated. So, post some ideas for NPC factions and discuss the changes below.

For the record:
Centaurs and Nymphs are already in the concept process. All new factions should of course tie in with historical Greek mythology as-the-Greeks-believed-it.
